Imagine a (digital) world with no (technical) limitations...
As an intern with Hibob, the creators of bob, a highly customizable, web-based human resources information system (HRIS), I completed a content audit, synthesized team research, made microcopy suggestions, and recommended a user flow redesign. This case study focuses on the user flow redesign.
Team: solo redesign based on 9-person team research and incorporating applicable elements of finalized microcopy from 3-person UX writing team
Duration: Aug–Oct 2021 (8 weeks)
