Love this! Especially the part about collaborating with customer support. Content design is often the most natural bridge to that team, since they're also working with language in the form of help center guides and macros. Some of my most interesting linguistic discussions have come out of that relationship, plus it really helps with consistency between the in-product experience and the support experience.
